This year we wanted to share some of the notes we received from our recipients. We hope these letters of thanks guide you through the rest of the year and we look forward to your help spreading The Magic of Christmas in 2021.
AM Visit
I just wanted to give my sincerest gratitude for what you guys did for us today. I’ve been feeling quite bummed as I am a single mom who’s been out of work since I lost my job in March because of COVID. I’ve just recently had to make the choice to declare bankruptcy in order to save my house & am on such a small, limited income that consists of EI, I had only a few dollars to scrape together to buy Christmas presents for my children.
What you did for us was more than take away the guilt of not being able to provide much in the way of Christmas gifts for all my children, (& the ones you brought are absolutely lovely & perfect. I’m so touched you even included myself. Thank you so very much) but you also gave us both a moment of pure joy & gave me the feeling that this world still has some kindness in it. & although we may be on our own this year, that memory of opening the door to see everyone there for US will be a memory I cherish forever. It took away the feeling of being alone & replaced it with a feeling of love & kindness from people I don’t even know. I can’t describe how great that felt.
Thank you for helping me, a total stranger to you & for giving me the relief of being able to give some things to my children. More than what I could provide on my own this year.
I cannot wait to be in a better position to pay it forward & give back to someone who is in a similar position to mine one day. I would love to volunteer with your organization & if there is a way to do so, please let me know. The work you do as a team is nothing short of amazing.

Thank you so much ? I’m beyond grateful…Now I don’t have to go to the food bank and I can get my Medication that I really needed. Thank you so much… This meant the world to me. And thank you for helping me give my good kids the “best Christmas ever” their words! They couldn’t be happier. Thank you.
I have been so stressed and worried resulting in my health worsening. Today was truly magical and for a moment I forgot about everything and was a kid with my kids. Best Christmas ever! Thank you.

Fireball AM Visit
On behalf of our family, we wish to thank you for making our Christmas celebration more fun. You added more joy and light to our family as well as so many other families and we are indeed very grateful. The Christmas tree still adorns our home with its Christmas beauty. Having Santa and his elves visit was lovely. Our kids were super excited. The value of such a visit was even more significant considering this pandemic that we all have been made to endure. Also, for the “Fireball team” to make it through that difficult snow, it showed that they were determined to keep the spirit of Christmas at 110%.
You gave us a beautiful experience of the magic of Christmas and we are indeed very grateful. Thank you very much, and thanks to all those that have donated graciously both in terms of gifts, monetary value, and time. We pray that you all would experience in your homes the full magic of Christmas and a very beautiful and prosperous 2021, amen.
